My tasks and duties consist of the following:

• Full follow up and expediting of the LLI orders from the PO to the final receiving of the drilling materials physically and electronically in SAP including the clearance and ensure all terms and conditions are respected and solve any issue may cause delay
• Participate on daily meeting with rig sites (Drilling & Work-over) to ensure that the full support is provided
• Daily meeting with Drilling Support manager to ensure the dispatching of the materials are on time as per the materials load out and the look ahead provided by the Drilling Engineer & Drilling Superintendent
• Coordinate with the different services companies under contract to ensure their services and materials are done/prepared on time to avoid any deviation from our operations schedule
• Supervise & control the Drilling materials stock and conditions to maintain the stock level that cover the drilling and the work over program
• Follow up and check of the assemblies requested from the services companies prior the dispatching to rig site
• Witness the pressure tests/ inspection of the different drilling materials as per the drilling superintendent request
• Ongoing tracking and follow up of our drilling tools and spare parts
• Coordinate on daily basis with materials responsible at rig site and drilling company man to ensure the arrival of the materials in safe condition and to provide any addition support that wasn’t reported in the morning call
• Update the stock in system SAP as per the materials movements (load out and backload's)
• Provide full support to the cost controller and finance regarding the received invoices related to the drilling materials
• Participate in the final wells consumption and reconciliation reports
• Provide full support regarding the phase 3 project stock reconciliation and checking all related backup documents and stock adjustment

• Co-ordinate the daily activities of Drilling Rig Sites in Material issues, Receipt, Material Request, Material Storage & Crew change to ensure successful in accomplishing their daily duties and responsibilities coordinating with Drilling Rig

• Participate in morning calls and review morning reports from the drilling rigs with the Rig Manager, rig site and ensure the
• Logistics operations are conducted in the best interest of the

• Discusses future operations plans with in an effort to optimize and eliminate problems
• Co-ordinate with operations for the planned load out and backload of the drilling equipment from/to the Rig site
• On-going, day to day follow of equipment’s maintenance and relationships with relevant service providers
• Reviews the 7 days planner with the Rig Manager, drilling
• Supervisors and superintendent
• Prepares / consolidate (Service companies suppliers) load out lists for all equipment required to be moved and physically verify load out
• Good knowledge on logistic means on lifting equipment and national regulation regarding handling and lifting
• Good Knowledge and understanding of Materials and Logistics management particularly in the Oil & Gas industry and setting up and operating in remote and challenging environments
• Participate in risk assessments as required and Ensure HSE standards are maintained as per company standards
• Maintaining / updating materials management system
• Review rig move plan and keep track with rig move progress and Manage Logistics Base support team and the materials for correct requirements on time to the drilling rig site & follow up the look ahead planning’s

• Primary responsibility is the oversight of the Hassi MessaoudWarehouse / Yard Duties include:
• Provide logistical support to Drilling operations
• Participation in well site meetings for operational drilling planning
• Co-ordinate with operations for the planned load out and backload of the drilling equipments from/to the Rig site
• Dispatch materials to MLN-CPF and Drilling Well site and third party ( Service companies/ Local suppliers)
• In charge of the Drilling materials/ tools and equipment’s warehouse management
• Following the clearance progress of the drilling materials and equipment (Organize and prepare the related paper work)
• Review a company list of existing material and update company accordingly
• Sourcing the local service companies to meet the drilling operations needs on site
• Coordinate with the specialized service companies for the inspections/ repairs of the drilling materials and to provide the services needed on rig site
• Raise on behalf of Drilling Operations all purchase requisitions
• Obtain quotations for MLN/ Drilling in country purchase requests
• Raise on behalf of MLN/ Drilling operations all purchase & service Orders
• Dispatch of Purchase Orders to suppliers & follow up
• Maintain accurate files of documentation relating to all drilling materials movement (transfer, manifests, delivery tickets, etc.);
• Follow standards for the safe handling and storage of the drilling materials at HMD warehouse
• Prepare and review stock replenishment reports with recommendations to increase/decrease stock levels dependent on lead time, usage etc and obtain approval
• Undertake receipt of materials with assistance from store man as required and ensure Receipt Procedure is followed in full
• Check receipt transactions to ensure data entered in SAP matches physical documents
• Issue copies of all receipts to the operations accountant for invoice matching
• Liaison with the Operations Accountant for the drilling Materials reconciliation and costs allocations, and operations audits
• Provide supervision of warehouse personnel to ensure safe and efficient movement of all material to the Rig and MLN field
• Supervise all physical movement of equipment shipped from Hassi Messaoud Yard.
