Maintain and optimize work in compliance with all safety rules and regulations

Responsible for preparation, such as plant isolation for day-to-day maintenance work

Troubleshooting When issues or disruptions occur in the production I participate for identifying the root causes and implementing solutions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality specification

Collect and analyze data from various sensors and instruments to understand process performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for process improvement

Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of processes, procedures, and standard operating protocols for consistency and knowledge transfer within themembers team of the company

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, maintenance staff, quality control personnel, and management, to ensure the smooth operation of the production process

Detailed knowledge of Experion Honeywell/MARK VI e

Software: HYSYS simulator;MS Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio, Uniformance (Honeywell);a good knowledge about the advanced process systeme

Detailed knowledge of process and instrument Diagrams (P&ID)

Process Flow Diagrams (PFD)
