• Implemented preventive maintenance measures to decrease emergent issues.
• Overhaul of Centrifugal Pump (assembly and disassembly, metrology) with :

1. Disassembly of the pump components (bearing bracket,bearing nut, mechanical seal, impeller, upper casing

• measure the impeller gap
• remove lock nut and impeller
• remove the mochanical seal
• remove coupling Hub
• remove shaft from bearing housing
• remove all the old bearing

2. Inspection of Shaft if there are scratches, wears and stings.

3. Inspection of Bearing cover if there are wears, hot points and scratches.

4. Inspection of Mechanical seal components (stationary face, rotating face, spring and sleeve).

5. Installation and check.

• Replacement of Mechanical seal of pumps when leakage reaches an unacceptable level.
• Identified mechanical problems and determined best solutions for correction.
• Maintained clean and organized work area to easily locate repairing tools and equipment.
• Improved machine efficiency by conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
