• Prepare, organize, and facilitate pre-outage planning meetings, post-outage meeting and outage milestone meetings
• Coordinate and monitor Supply Chain / Logistics operations in collaboration with the fulfillment Team
• Work closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely supply
• Monitor and compare market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
• Own sourcing specific processes PR in Alpha & PMX follow up PO
• Knowledge in ERP tools related to procurement system
• Assure inventory and delivery goals are met and drive for the goal of zero customer disappointments
• Coordinate the follow-up of deliveries with sourcing team suppliers and site team
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety requirements and GE procedures
• Coordinate all outage and site visits from Fulfillment team
• Ensure Outage Reports are of excellent quality prior to release to customer
• Ensure parts are available and addressed pre and post-outage; Capitals and Consumables supply and Repairs.
• Generate orders in ERP, as required.
• Manage complex outage event preparation (planned/emrgent/Upgrade) from start to finish

• Responsible of construction material including inspection and inventory and issuing to the site
• Manage and supervise the inventory transaction processes to ensure inventory accuracy and timelines
• Work with quality team to ensure proper inventory coverage when parts are rejected from working inventory.
• Coordinate NCR, and missing issues with suppliers and internal departments
• Coordinate the generation of issue slips, cycle counting sheets, and physical inventory sheets and is responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the on-hand inventory count.
• Prepare statistical and information reports on material coordination and warehouse activities
• Manage daily cycle count activities including material condition and their security
• Manage consumables, dangerous goods/chemicals, or similar items
• Shipping/Receiving, picking parts, inventory organization
• Supervise Material controllers & storekeepers and forklifts drivers crane drivers to coordinates their daily activities
• Analyze shipment logs and inventory list
• Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries.
• Track inventory levels
• Order new supplies in a timely manner in case missing or damaged parts
• Constantly work to improve processes
• Optimize employee workflow and their needs to build trust and a good yield for the company
• Determine and track the most important storehouse for the sensitive parts or dangerous parts
• Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained.
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members
• Train, guide and evaluate new warehouse workers.

• Receive and issue, and move materials and products in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide accurate and timely documentation of material and product movement.
• Ensure the accuracy of the computers inventory system and the physical location and organization of inventory
• Interpret production plans and shipping orders to provide the required levels of material handling and shipping
• Count material inventory and reconcile inventory cycle discrepancies
