Oilfield & workshop:
So, we are supervising slickline units and winches distributed over various oil fields, with successful daily job of various operations such as :

• Swabbing with swab cap TBG from 2"3/8 to 5" with wire 0.125" to 7 /32"
• Sampling with Sand Bailer & Hydrostatic Bailer.
• Setting, anchoring or removing : Plugs, Gauge Hanger, Retrievable Bridge standard Plugs, Straddle Plugs, Kickover Tool (gas lift valve).
• SSD maneuver with shifting tools.
• Instrumentation: Setting & Removing Storm chock, Flapper valve, TRSSSV.
• Fishing.
• Mechanical perforation with tubing puncher from 1.660 to 7".
• RIH & POOH of MPLT tool and memory gauges (pressure and temperature profile) in static and dynamic.
• Standard WL (Drift, tag nipple and tag top sediments to confirm reel depth).

We also supervise the follow-up of these missions in terms of immediate response and technical support for the full requirements of these missions, whether it is related to surface equipment or downhole tools and lock mandrel, or what is related to units and winches (PTO, powerback, hydraulic, electrical & mechanical circuit)

1-Surface equipments:

We have two kinds of equipment : standard service & H2S service.
preparation, inspection & periodic pressure test of PCE( stuffing box, SAS, wireline valve single or dual with different size from 2" 7/8 to 11") with NOV & SSR manufacturer

All Connection : OTIS 4 ACME and BOWEN.
All equipment was being certified by a third party (pressure test, thickness test, thread inspection), it was tested every year.

2-Downhole tools :

• Preparation, inspection & repair of all downhole tools :
• Running & pulling tools ( external & internal fishing neck) with different manufacturer :NOV, PCE, OTIS, CAMCO, BAKER, HALLIBURTON, WEATHERFORD
• Lock mandrel ( X, XN, R, RN, SOFT SET BOMB HUNGER XNS, RNS. RPT, FBN, Baker type F, type B ).
• Fishing tools (Bulldogs spears, Releasable overshot, Alligator)
• Shifting tools: opening & closing SSD to circulate, neutralizes the well.
• Perforation Tools : tubing puncher with various sizes.

3-Slickline Units & SL winches: ( NOV, ELMAR, ELMAR COMBO, ASEP, KOLLER, DYNAWINCH)

• Preparation, inspection of all SL units operating in all oilfield contracted with our client : SONATRACH, ENI & OXY, TOTAL ENERGY
• schedule periodic maintenance
• repair of SL units & SL winch if broken down and change its with back-up unit ( PTO, powerback, hydraulic, electrical & mechanical circuit)
• repair of Measuring head device :

i-Mechanical system : counter, counter cable, drive angle, load cell.

ii-Digital system: Installation, programming & calibration of smart monitor ( software and hardware: Benchmark, NOV, ASEP.....), repair of data splitter, encoder, load cell, load pin.

Maintenance department:

• Establish the work requests of the WL units on the Insite GMAO platform.
• Establish work orders in the workshop on the Insite GMAO platform.
• Monitoring the maintenance work of the SL units.
• Establish the maintenance report and the maintenance progress rate.

Billing and collection service:
Enter the daily report for each unit & winch and transfer it to the billing service which establishes the monthly invoice for each unit and sends it to the client to approve its technical visa.

HR and payroll department :

• Establish the performance bonus statement for operational staff on site each month to pay them.
• Monitoring the presence of staff.
• Monitored staff training.
• Train new recruits.

Operations department : ( our goals :100% Realization, 0% NPT , 0% accidents )

• Establish the daily activity report & send it every day
• Establish the monthly activity report & send it every month.
• Establish the annual activity report & send it every year.
• Process et explain NPT ( no production time).
• Prepare the specifications for the acquisition of surface and downhole equipment and Slickline units & winches through international calls for tenders.
• Evaluate the technical offers of the bidders participating in the bid.

• Satisfy the customer through carrying out a successful and accident-free operation and within the estimated time.
• Contact and listen to the needs of our customers.
• Receive the daily program of operations and divide on each SL chief crew.
  

We are certified with INTERTEK Certificate: complies with the requirements of ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2015 and 45001/2018.

• Responsible for safely applying the appropriate procedures for the operation of slickline equipment, tools, and techniques in order to ensure quality and cost effective service is provided to customer with flawless Service Quality and no HSE incidents in accordance with company policies, standards and procedures
• Report directly to the Product and Service Delivery Manager
• And prepare for well site operations; assure adherence to all safety regulations
• Supervise and assist Operator crews in the preparation of the unit, calibration of equipment, maintenance of slickline tools Conduct Slickline well site operations to the satisfaction of the customer at the well site
• Maintain knowledge of the latest technological changes and operating procedures pertaining to Company equipment, tools, and practices to ensure maximum operating efficiency
• Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with all Company & Regulatory HS&E &
• Quality and IT standards and policies
• Maintain customer relations by establishing a positive image and confidence in the quality of services
• Promptly and accurately submit all required reports and DPR.

• Ensure the preparation and movement operations of the means necessary for the execution of Wire Line's missions •
• Ensure customer satisfaction on the technical, safety and environmental protection level.
• Ensure compliance with staff health and safety instructions.
• Participate in the development of the structure's annual load plan and periodic site schedules.
• Participate in the preparation of each mission (reconnaissance of the field, meeting with the client) and in the definition of the appropriate equipment and preparation of the work team.
• Participate in the development of specifications relating to the purchase of equipment necessary for the performance of the service's missions.
• Prepare and check the material resources necessary to carry out the operations defined in the work program
  Assist, if necessary, operators from a technical and logistical point of view.
• Ensure daily monitoring of the progress of the work in accordance with the procedures in force and draw up the activity report.
• Exploit the site reports submitted by the chief operators and check the attachments before their transmission to the hierarchy.
• Ensure the establishment and signature of quality reports by the client.
• Exploit the customer report on the quality of the services provided with a view in particular to granting a level of bonuses in consultation with the hierarchy.
• List the material resources available at each site, and decide in consultation with the hierarchy, the redeployment of all or part on other sites.
• Direct and coordinate site installation and closure operations and ensure the reintegration of equipment at site closure.
  Monitor the progress of preventive and curative maintenance of equipment and material resources.
• Archive technical and administrative documents for each project.
  Participate in the development of the staff assignment and succession planning.
• Offer upgrades or training for operators on new equipment
  Ensure strict application of HSE rules and instructions
  Carry out site inspection visits, liaise with customer supervisors and handle any complaints.
• Evaluate, quantitatively and qualitatively, the degree of progress of the work on a daily basis and propose readjustment measures
  Ensure compliance with contractual commitments and the quality of the services provided.
• Take all steps to improve the quality of service, reduce risks and improve working conditions.
• Ensure strict compliance with the requirements and standards in force of the quality management system.
• Facilitate and coordinate site activities.
• Ensure the necessary interfaces with the various customers.
  Keep abreast of changes in intervention processes, standards and rules in terms of Health Safety and environmental protection.
• Establish periodic activity reports.
