I define and implement effective policies in order to achieve the objectives including: - Carry out projects and manage them going through all these stages of the technical and financial design phases, the construction with resolution of the difficulties and constraints on site and finally the delivery. - Management and monitoring of the budget and resources, with experience in construction estimation. - Preparation, coordination and execution of functional phases. - The organization in place with support for the needs of the sponsor. - Permanent supply of human resources, equipment and construction materials.
