- Prepare SIC, quotations, claims, and worker attendance
- Arrange Main Con SIC, site surveys, and pre-con meetings with builder
- Submit docs: MSRA, FPP, SWP, pre-con survey, hoarding & lifting plans
- Provide technical support for dismantling, modernization & new installation
- Supervise subcontractors and installers on site works
- Deploy manpower, assign teams, and conduct daily site inspections
- Coordinate materials, equipment delivery, and lorry logistics
- Monitor progress, quality, and ensure compliance to standards
- Attend safety meetings and Main Con meetings

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and provide pre-award technical support with sales team
- Take over awarded projects and manage full project execution
- Coordinate with clients/contractors for LOA, drawings, and technical requirements
- Handle procurement, logistics, and monitor production & delivery schedules
- Prepare project documentation: MSRA, SWP, FPP, LOA, Worker Docs
- Manage project schedules, progress tracking, and stakeholder meetings
- Supervise site works: shaft inspection, installation, quality & safety
- Process authority submissions: FI, PE for PTO, attend RI inspections
- Support TOP, final inspections, and lead project handover
- Transfer to maintenance team and manage claims & cost control

Responsibilities:
- Plan site schedules, lifting plans, surveys, and material arrangements
- Prepare design drawings, sketches for manufacturing and installation
- Supervise trunking, cable laying, termination, CCTV installation
- Lead lift technicians for installation, repair, and upgrading works
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation and repair issues on site
- Conduct inspections, testing, and QC of mechanical & electrical components
- Monitor project progress and report to PM/Director
- Handle PM and CM: testing, servicing, calibration, and corrective works
- Ensure compliance to EN 81-20/50, SS 550:2020 and safety procedures
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, and attend site/safety meetings
- Prepare reports: progress, defects list, and operational reports

Elevator Works
- Supervise installation of Mitsubishi, EM, Fujitec, KONE lifts
- Plan schedules and coordinate installation teams
- Monitor progress, deadlines, and report to management
- Ensure quality, safety, and compliance on site
- Coordinate material delivery to handover
- Conduct risk management
- Train new workers on installation & safety

Escalator Works
- Site survey, measurement, and hoisting plan
- Plan hoarding, scaffolding, crane, and site logistics
- Supervise hoisting, dismantling, and installation
- Replace defective parts using tools and hoists
- Manage manpower and daily work schedule
- Report progress to management

Installation & Coordination
- Coordinate with M&E on DB, cable size, power, CCTV, access, lighting
- Conduct site surveys and measurements for lift/escalator dimensions
- Apply PTW and plan site schedule, delivery, logistics, safety
- Supervise sub-con team and check shaft structure for errors
- Attend weekly/monthly construction meetings

QC & Commissioning
- Inspect installation per QC/QA checklist before handover
- Check template, guide rail, door lock, safety switch, motor, ropes
- Commission and test commercial + private home elevators

Maintenance & Service
- Perform PM: checking, oiling, greasing, adjustment, safety testing
- Handle breakdowns, call-backs, and 24hr standby duties
- Troubleshoot faults and clear errors
- Release passengers from lift mantraps per contract
- Prepare and get maintenance sheets signed by client

- Installation, testing, commissioning & maintenance of lifts/escalators
- Project planning, site survey, lifting plan, and inspection
- Wiring, mechanical adjustment, switch & sensor installation
- Troubleshoot faults and preventive maintenance
- Manage daily site operations and technical support
- Report progress to Project Manager

- Reason for Leaving: Project completed

- Install, test, commission lifts & escalators until handover
- Supervise subcontractors and high-rise lift installation
- Manage loading, site inspection, and project coordination
- Troubleshoot, adjust mechanics, test safety devices

- Minimize downtime and call-backs
- Prepare tester reports and ensure site safety
- Support service team to meet quality standards
