Project : GAS DEVELOPMENT REGGANE PROJECTS.

Duties ,Responsibilities

• - Supervises and directs the construction works until the reception of the installations.
• - Responsible of the supervision of all Construction activities undertaken by EPC CONTRACTORS, SUB-CONTRACTORS and others, to provide the required assurance and comply with the requirements of the CONTRACTS and to ensure that all fabrication/construction activities are carried out as per approved procedures, specifications and PROJECT standards.
• - Check, comment, and approve the engineering studies of the discipline he represents, in accordance with contractual requirements and project objectives.
• - Contribute to the achievement of the Objectives defined on the Project within the scope of associated responsibility.
• - Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• - Participate in the verification of the project schedule, ensure that the development of the schedule of his discipline is in accordance with the objectives of the Project and the needs of the other Engineering disciplines.
• - Ensure, within the scope of the discipline concerned, the Quality and compliance with contractual requirements, as well as with the objectives and schedule of the project, of all studies carried out and documentation issued, internally and subcontracted.
• - Liaise with the Construction Contractors Management to ensure the project stays on schedule and all the CLIENT requirements are met.
• - Oversees all on-site and off-site construction activities to ensure compliance with construction and safety regulations.
• - Evaluate, organize, and prioritize all work-related activity in accordance with the project schedule.
• - Ensure that HSE (including Security and Social issues) considerations and Quality Controls are applied, the HSE and Quality aspects of the construction activities are in accordance with the defined HSE and Quality Plans, this includes audits, inspections and any other controls considered necessary.
• - Review work progress daily.
• - Prepares internal and external reports regarding the status of work.
• - Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve emerging issues.
• - Anticipate problems, optimize, improve, offer solutions, identify possible scope changes.
• - Responsible for implementing (with the support of the Support Services) of a suitable set of Project Controls that cover cost follow up, budgeting, schedule, performance, and risk/issue management
• - Oversee construction activities in all miscellaneous disciplines: piping, welding, electrical/instrumentation, coatings, NDT, etc.
• - Supervise and monitor contractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
• - Organize and animate the weekly meetings with the companies, and all other work coordination meetings, validate the reports;
• - Ensure proper monitoring by the contractor stock status of Consumables.
• - Be the contact person for the project with the companies on the site;
• - Identify and anticipate any lack of documentation or documents with a non-AFC status allowing the work to start or continue. Identify and report any technical deviation from the requirements in order to obtain validation or not of it by the project.
• - Ensure compliance with the technical documents relating to the site activities of the companies on site (Procedures, Risk Analysis, Reports, Minutes, etc.).
• - Check the conformity of the works in compliance with the scope, rules of the art and the deadlines of the Project. Get the show
• - non-conformity reports and follow-up; Enforce contractor ITPs and other QAQC documents.
• - Coordinate the QA/QC team on site.
• - Validate the progress of work submitted by the contractor.
• - Ensures the coordination of the appropriate interfaces between the various companies and suppliers on the construction site.
• - Write the report of the construction activities.
• - Interface with the contractor for fabrication, lifting and assembly work.
• - Ensure that personnel working on site have the appropriate qualifications for the task assigned to them;
• - Receive the works and write the end of works report for the construction part.
• - Ensure the presence of Group representatives and third parties during all critical testing and lifting activities.
• - Assist the Installation team for logistics coordination and interfaces with the contractor, and other third parties.Area Authorithyfor the PTW belong to the construction .
