• Dismantle, assemble, move, align machinery, equipment using cranes, chain falls, hand tools, power tools, pneumatic, hydraulic tools (Hytorc, ITH…) and measurment tools
• Read drawings, schematics, and technical documentation to define proper work procedures
• Perform material and machine inspections using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, rules, calipers, protractors, and torque wrenches
• Conduct visual inspections with Borescope to inspect critical interior surfaces on open or closed machinery to ensure it is free from any foreign objects
• Assist in updating work instructions, contributing to enhanced consistency across production floor.
• Demonstrate adaptability by quickly adjusting to changes in production schedules or priorities as necessary
• Align bores and bearings using PRUFTECHNIK laser alignment system
• Safely rig and offload incoming parts using proper lifting/rigging equipment and techniques, then inventory, clean, and visually inspect all components, and stage all equipment needed for assembly
• Improved overall product quality through meticulous inspection and adherence to company standards
• Review and interpret complex assembly instructions and specifications; repair, replace, install, and maintain variety of mechanical components or assemblies on gas turbines, steam turbines, and compressors
• Prepare and assemble parts of gas turbines (9FA.04) and steam turbines (A650), as well as valve IP/LP and HP modules
• Collaborate with management/engineering to refine assembly best practices and train less experienced assembly technicians
• Adhere to all work-site safety rules and regulations.
• Achieve targets consistently by maintaining high level of focus and attention to detail during assembly tasks
• Increased productivity by cross-training in multiple assembly areas and providing support when needed

• Upgrade gas turbine 9FA.03 to 9FA.04 to increase energy production
• Participate in disassembly and assembly of turbine body and their part
• Measure machine tolerance using metrology instruments
• Dismantle and assemble rotor blades of turbine part.
• Establish positive and supportive learning environment, fostering strong professional relationships among trainees.
• Boost trainee performance by implementing hands-on learning experiences and real-world examples.

• Assist and participate in assembly of vertical and horizontal gas turbines 9 FA.04
• Participate in preparation of turbine body (air inlet body, compressor body, compressor body , exhaust body) body anchoring and centering
• Assist turn down of gas turbine stator(+200 tonne).

• Perform visual and tactile control operations to ensure quality of assemble products
• Inspect raw materials and finished products to verify quality and dispose items that did not meet safety requirements.
• Check conformity of products and devices
• Verify and certifies conformity of manufacture or assemble parts compared to technical documentation (production standard)
• Control and check on production line assembly of cars and ensure correct installation of equipment of cars
• Test drive and evaluate car at end of assembly.

Coordinate all site mechanical inspections with subcontractors and approve their work

• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents reflect current status
• Conduct regular audits of maintenance records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote best practices in mechanical system upkeep
• Liaise with site construction engineers and provide assistance as requested
• Prepare non-conformance reports for QC manager and assist in developing corrective actions
• Coordinate with customers' QC inspectors to resolve site problems
• Assist site subcontractors in resolving drawing interpretations
• Attend weekly QC meetings
• Demonstrate strong technical skills in Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) projects for power plants
• Schedule meetings with subcontractors and assist in finding work solutions to reduce time and achieve objectives
• Write daily reports on work progress for QC manager
• Prepare all documents and drawings for end-of-assembly report.
• Support senior inspectors during high-stakes projects, gaining valuable experience in advanced techniques and complex equipment inspections
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop effective solutions for recurring mechanical issues, resulting in increased productivity
